Responsible for planning, coordination and delivery integration across hospitality venues, ensuring alignment between technical, operational and supplier inputs. The role provides project management oversight of venue readiness, technical requirements, logistics planning, supplier coordination and operational delivery integration for UEFA EURO 2028 hospitality operations.

Key Accountabilities
- Analyse stadium documentation, maps, drawings, and technical information, and identify gaps between existing venue infrastructure and hospitality requirements.
- Participate in stadium inspections and validate hospitality areas, infrastructure, access routes, and operational constraints.
- Develop and maintain integrated venue delivery timelines aligned with UEFA requirements and the master Technical & Operations programme.
- Participate in procurement, tender, and evaluation processes for technical services, FFE, and venue delivery requirements.
- Develop handover, handback, and venue readiness procedures, including relevant operational plans and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate Catering and Guest Services technical requirements and ensure they are incorporated into venue plans and delivery schedules.
- Develop logistics and delivery schedules and integrate them into the master Technical & Operations timeline.
- Provide project management oversight of temporary infrastructure and overlay requirements, including coordination of power, water, HVAC, fire safety, and other venue services through appointed suppliers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate Technical & Operations suppliers and subcontractors across planning, mobilisation, delivery, and demobilisation phases.
- Monitor issue logs, action trackers, and technical documentation progress, escalating risks and dependencies as required.
- Plan guest journeys, guest flows, access control, signage, and venue operational layouts in coordination with relevant functional areas.
- Support the development and implementation of match-day and non-match-day operating procedures.
- Ensure hospitality areas and facilities are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements, standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Transition into Venue Manager responsibility for a selected complex venue during the tournament delivery phase.
General
- Working hours are Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the business, additional evening and weekend work may be required.
- Travel across venues, supplier locations, and project locations will be required in line with project needs.
- Ensure effective communication with the immediate line manager regarding priorities, movements, and key project activities.
- Diligently, timely, and efficiently carry out duties assigned by the project leader and immediate line manager.
- Provide full support to the Company in meeting project deadlines and business requirements.
- Manage queries and respond to information requests in a professional and timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Hospitality, Sports & Event Management, Business, Engineering, Technical Science, or a related field.
- Practical experience and knowledge of operational planning and delivery of large international sports events or hospitality programmes.
- Experience working with stadium documentation, venue drawings, maps, plans, and technical information.
- Strong project management, planning, time management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple suppliers, stakeholders, workstreams, and deadlines in a fast-moving project environment.
- Ability to promptly address technical and operational issues and propose practical solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confident use of project trackers, planning tools, and drawing management platforms. Ability to review and interpret venue drawings, layouts, and plans.
- Fluent in English.
- Understanding of crowd flow principles and evacuation planning is desirable.
