IMPORTANT: By completing, signing and sending this Order form to BEYOND Hospitality 28 AG (“BEYOND Hospitality”), you are making an offer to enter into a binding contract for the purchase of the requested UEFA EURO 2028™ Hospitality Packages, subject to the applicable Offline Hospitality Sales Regulations, Ticket Terms, and Product Descriptions. Completion of this Order form does not guarantee availability. A binding contract will come into force only if and when BEYOND Hospitality accepts your offer.
DECLARATION: I declare that I have read and understood and agree to be bound by the applicable Offline Hospitality Sales Regulations and Product Descriptions, the relevant UEFA EURO 2028™ Ticket Terms and the Product Descriptions. I acknowledge in particular:
- All sales are final. Cancellations or changes are not permitted and refunds will not be provided except where required by the applicable regulations or law.
- Tickets may not be used in competitions, lotteries, promotions, giveaways or consumer promotions, nor marketed, sold, included or bundled with another incentive, reward, benefit or product offering.
- Except where explicitly agreed in writing by BEYOND Hospitality and subject to applicable law, tickets may not be resold or otherwise transferred by the customer.
- All payments must be made strictly in accordance with the applicable Offline Hospitality Sales Regulations and invoice.
- Samples, drawings, descriptive material, advertising, illustrations and descriptions are provided solely to give an approximate indication of the Hospitality Packages and do not constitute an offer or public offer by BEYOND Hospitality.
- UEFA Events SA and Beyond Hospitality shall be independent joint controllers of any personal data supplied through this Order form. For more information on how BEYOND Hospitality processes your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (euro2028.beyond-hospitality.com/privacy-policy). Where you provide personal data about other individuals (e.g., guests), you confirm you have the authority to do so and have provided them with the information in our Privacy Policy.
Company signature: Where this form is signed on behalf of a company or other entity, the signatory warrants that they are duly authorised to sign and submit this request on behalf of that customer.
